@pigja1 i was doing 40m sprints recently comparing stopwatch to lightgates. i ran a 4.17 and the guy on the stopwatch recorded it as 4.8 so it shows how inaccurate they are

your hip alignment needs a bit of work mate, will definitely help that first lift off the ground.

try and point your toes directly forwards and keep your knees more stable and in line with your hips, if you noticed your knees waving around and pointing inwards here im sure you can tell what i mean.

@809Ollie well its not really for isolating triceps its for improving your bench performance. i wouldnt do it as a solo exercise, superset on the last set or something. im nt really sure the specifics of how boardpress works for powerlifters but it is something quite popular with that community.

@LayEmOut60 you are right but most strength and conditioning coaches will tell you to lock out just for the sake of technique. and also as this is a power exercise that extra 1/2 a second between reps is irrelevant imo. if it were endurance building that would make more sense
