Truth is the s.o.s note gets left out alot in the re-telling of Chris' story..I think that somehow if they admit that he felt in over his head at any point then it ruins the romanticism of the story..even so I still find his life and ideals very compelling an inspirational R.I.P Chris McCandless ...
