went out Friday night to camp and dredge the river Saturday. found some gold!

this is part two to my day at mineral bar prospecting, and the final clean up for the day.

i took today to check the river and decided to bed rock prospect. found color and had a great day. part one...

went today to the last high school i flimed and finish up at my complex found a gold ring to boot!

i had the day off, and could not think of anything better to do then go down to the river.

decided to take another day trip and try a little prospecting too , visited a few historice spots along the way, had a good time.

this is the conclusion to my day trip while driveing through the mother lode of california.

i bought a new rock tumbler today and decided to clean up my clad coins .

i got the chance to hunt my old high school today. it was built around 1951. wanted to get some silver but just wound up with a bunch of clad....

short hunt today, not much to show. but i did get a chance to hunt.

just hunting for clad today, im saveing for a prospecting trip!

matthew and i went down the street to metal detect, weather was not good so we spent a hour hunting the park.

michaels first time hunting, he did good , and we had fun!

today chris picked the area, and i fallowed . you can never tell what you will find. as allways i am just happy to move dirt and watch my sluice in...

chris and i went sluicing again, on the north fork of the american river at mineral bar. this time up stream and about 1/4 mile found nice color!
