I do all the steps as described it restarts with the greenpoison logo then it goes the the screen with the usb cable and itunes logo on the screen. I have tried 3 times and nothing. Please message me if you have an idea I own my own trucking company so I am gone a lot. Thank you in advance...

I do not know what the issue is I have tried 3 times and it just keeps getting stuck at the screen with the usb and the itunes logo..
