1. 1931 sprachen weniger als 50 % der Gesamtbevölkerung Ostpolens polnisch. Die Mehrheit waren Ukrainer oder Russen. Dagegen war die aus Schlesien, Pommern, Ostpreussen usw. vertriebene Bevölkerung mit geringen Ausnahmen rein deutsch!
