On the "Why I Vote" series, wanted to say thanks for posting. I hadn't seen all of that footage before, though I had of course heard about the events. I was just a baby then, and thankfully, where I was in the South, things were calm during my childhood. I remember more black friends than white, simply because that was the kids we liked where we lived. Terrible times for those that went through them, but wonderful that they succeeded in their purpose. ope all remember to vote wisely, so no one loses precious, hard-won freedoms.

My goodness, I love the latest video "Why I vote". Sister I love you. Continue to do the work that God has assigned you to do. It may or may not be received well, but as long as you know that your assignment is from God, you run with it and be obedient to Him.

John's testamony was very moving. I work with people whom have learning disabilities and I would find the comments at the start of the video insulting. Especially as when I was first saved, some of the preachers I was first encouraged to hear said similar things. It can easliy be seen as putting the blame onto the handicapped person as if they CHOOSE to remain the way they are and not accept God's healing!
