They were crossing the street until a car hit the black cat.
The cat was constantly doing a massage exactly there where the heart from a cat is placed.(The heart from a cat is a little bit under his chest. maybe it was just luck that the massage were on his heart, but maybe he just tried to get a reaction.)
The cat didn't do that for only 4 minutes, he stayed and tried to wake up for 2 hours.
The video is just 4minutes.
People tried to help but the white was FIGHTING against them when someone came closer, he got really angry, all people who got interviewed said that (from the other video). A cat only fights against big creatures like humans when they have little kittens.
( I know it by myself, I live in turkey and we have a lot of street cats, but even when they are in groups, they run away when you come closer. only if I'm near to the kittens, they start to attack.)
But this here shows that cats protect also injured friends and he knows that it can't defend hisself. AND this shows that this cat has feelings. So it can't be just for sex when he defends his friend with his life. Cats would normally run away, because just for sex it isn't worth to risk his life, that's logical.
After 2 hours he gave up and so the vet checked the black cat, but it was already dead.
But maybe he was not trying to wake up and just wanted to stay with his friend. NOBODY can really know what the white wanted to do. But I think here was more than just instincts. Everybody can believe what they want.
But personally I don't believe that everything what happens in this world can be explained with bloody cold facts.

I'm living in turkey for 2 months now, There is sometimes a group of cats in front of my house. I can really feel their friendship, they are always together and sometimes they cuddle together. Sometimes I give them food and take them in my house when it's very cold. They are also very thankful when you help :)

Officer Caleb Lenz of the Kansas City Missouri Police Department attempts to catch up to an officer that is in pursuit of a stolen vehicle that was spotted earlier in the evening. As he races to the scene, the officer radios shots fired and soon afterwards radios that he has been wounded in the gunfight. Officer Lenz arrives second on scene and finds another officer with the injured man and a witness frantically pointing out the direction in which the shooter traveled on foot. A quick search of the area turns up the shooter's shedded clothing. A K-9 Unit tracks the shooter to a garage and when the man becomes confrontational the dog bites him as he is pulled from the shed. He is quickly detained and the semi-automatic weapon used in the gunfight is recovered. The young man is treated for his wounds as Officer Lenz talks to the K-9 Officer about the track. Lenz is given updated information that the wounded officer will be okay and is in good spirits.
