Hey i bought this heli too, well the carbon fiber version. With this heli, pretty much all the electronics are crap. A nice tail servo/gyro combo is a must, then you can swap out the cyclics. This is assuming you can operate the radio, which I swapped out as well. As for the main gear and pinion....
