Hi! My name is Joe Snider and I am a musician living in Indianapolis. I have been active in the music community for over forty years in both the church and community. I am currently serving as the assistant music director at the Community Church of Greenwood under Thomas Wright. I have been both a public and private music teacher teaching cello to students of all ages. I have served as cello coach for two school districts in the greater Indianapolis area and play in two local orchestras. A choir director and song leader for many years, I have the ability to make people want to sing with me. I have been leading singing since I was ten years old. My first experience was for a child evangelism city wide rally in Flint, Michigan. Recently, I have felt the call of God to return to the full time ministry of music. Being involved in both traditional and contemporary styles of music in our church, I feel strongly that there is an open door for strong leadership in the field of sacred music today. Pay a visit to some of my videos and you can see the way I work with different groups. I will be adding and updating videos from time to time. You might be especially interested in my introduction video where I discuss some of the difficulties facing church music today and how to formulate a game plan to reach specific goals.
