When it says insert cd 2 that means download the second one of the land of the dead and get daemon tools and once u get the setup from the land of the dead cd 1 change it to cd2 then press ok simple :3

when u mean extract the file like extract the file that says resident evil reloader and then go to where u extraced the file becasue im having a hard time im extracting it right now but im just asking
