How to make an auto-start CD
Here is a good way to start waking up people in your neighbourhood.

1. Buy a bunch of CD-Rs (cheap $17 for 100)

2. Two tiny files can be placed on the root directory which autoplays the CD. The rest of the CD can have vids, audios, even websites on it.

3. The Autoplay starts up the web browser and the default html on the CD starts up with it.

4. The default html should be designed to grab the attention of the user.

5. Best html style I found is to embed a video on the default page and set the video to autoplay the instant the browser opens. (easy for noobs)

6. Best kind of videos to use are interviews or News reports of well known persons say like Sheen for example wanting 9/11s inquiry reopened.

The Beauty of this system is corporate Internet filtering has no impact on the presentation (self-contained), its easy to do, its professional looking(depends on your web designing abilities), its cheap, and anonymous if you want to keep it that way.
