@mirageh264 The blueray reader is about 100 bucks avail on ebay. And a bluray burner for 140 bucks on ebay. As for the memory, it is 16gb max but getting to the 4th dim slot is a pain. 8gb is enough unless your planning on running a bunch of virtual machines. I've never gone over 8gbs.
