Note that you don't need a magnet underneath the plate. Just the plate itself which should be of some conductive metal, aluminium or copper for example, not iron or anything ferro-magnetic. So,...

Do you mean you got 14 V during 15 mins or did it take 15 mins to charge the capacitor to 14 V?

Should be one of:

"A power of 24 kW (period)"

"An amount of Energy of 24*24 = 576kWh per day" If it does indeed generate 24 kW power.

Or maybe it generates only 1 kW of power, so 1*24 = 24 kWh Energy per day"
