Connor Stringer & Alex Tucker have been training together for about 1 year now..through the bad times and the good..and have decided to make an awesome 2011 showreel together as nothing big has come out in agess.
Progression in 1 year has been a big step for both of us and are learning more and more through out the weeks as we train together everyday..
We also perform..entertain & train.. This video is the start of hopefully something as big as a career.

Every winter I turn my training focuses to gymnastics conditioning, these are the best bits from late 2010 and early 2011 =) Gymnastics is an incredibly hard sport strength wise, but I am starting to really see the benefits; I feel, and debatably look, stronger than ever.
I was hoping to get a decent front lever, human flag and straddle planche before I posted this; I'm getting there but I still need a lot more work on all 3 before I get them solid. I should point out that these are in most cases, not my maximum holds/ reps I can do for these exercises (simply to keep the video a reasonable length) and these are not all exercises which i use on a daily basis to increase my strength, they are things I can do because of my strength programme. With that being said, enjoy! :D

Workout 2011 summer shots are here! This is my current maximum what I am able to do after 2 years exercises on the bars. I never went to the gym and I always do exercises on the bars only! I hope that somebody will be motivated as I was 2 years ago with Your workout videos. Stay and be sure that the next videos will follow. Thanks for watching.

if u have the right technique there isnt any stress on any part of the body. i find that when the calluses grow back the skin is stronger and it doesnt seem to rip atall. unless u wanna learn baby giants i would say to keep your arms straight cos when u bend ure arms it makes your face go closer to the bar meaning u can smash your face on the bar which is never good lol. if u attempt it and dont make it all the way around, just lock your arms out straight and simply wait till u fall down a bit and land on your feet, if u try to turn or anything like that it doesnt really help i find...i learnt it in a gym with chalk over a foam pit and just gave it a go outside when i felt confident enough really :)
