This is horrible to do this to a dog it can't defend itself and say no I don't want to do this. What horrible people they are. You can't stop rabies by doing this only vaccine's can control that.

This is a compulsive it is a habit now the thing you shoulddo is distract the dog with either a toy or treats when it starts to spin the dog is not enjoying this so being it's owners you should try and stop it doing this.

This makes me very angry, it is sad that the police took the side of the original owners it should have been the people who had treated the dog so bad that should have been arrested. America open your eyes and stop all the cruelty.

These people shouldn't have dogs and it should be against the law to keep dogs chained up especially in such cold weather, it's a wonder the dogs don't get frost bite in there paws. Keep up the good work.
