Not too long ago, JR was nominated for a Gemini award for the best host in a lifestyle series. Even though he didnt end up winning the award, he thought it would be a hilarious idea to buy a big old van and drive it up to Regina and be at the Gemini awards! Since the van was so old and only cost him $1200. The van broke down on his way out West and JR ended up having to spend a bunch more money to fix it. JR ended up watching the Gemini awards from his couch at home, with that big old van sitting in his driveway.

Not only did JR not get to Regina but now he sunk a bunch of money into fixing up this crappy van of his. Thats when JR got this idea that maybe he should just make use of the van after all. He thought why not just start driving around looking for people to interview, and then start airing the footage as a new TV series.

JVC ended up giving JR four new camers to mount in the van. I spent two weeks cleaning the damn thing and now JR drives it around everywhere shooting hilarious footage in it!

Wait till you guys hear the stuff that JR shot with Dane Cook. Dane Cook even made a theme song about the van. It is just hilarious!!

Watch JR Digs every Saturday night before Saturday Night Live on Global in most of the country and on Sunday nights at midnight on E!
