Believe it or not doing partial press's is a lot safer for your shoulder joints. this type of press is called "Static Contraction Training". The idea is to do shorter movements,( 2 inches), but with a lot more weight.
Anyway its still impressive for a girl to do any hand stand press.

I've looked at all your video's on YouTube and I think you are brilliant with Price Action.
I;ve also tried a few "systems" but found they have just to many indicators and are hard to read. Price Action is the only way to trade.
