Shavette blades are a 50/50 chance of liking your face..they can be harsh for some..better for others..like finding the "razor n blade" combo idea ;-)

You should REALLY use electrical tape....even double it it you are doing more work..saves honewear for the future owner :-)

Get some good pre shave oil and wait 5 minutes for to set in..you need a leather strop..2.5" is the best size..3" doesn't improve the edge better..just easier to use but can leave tiny metal pieces if 3" wide...get .5 green paste for Mon leather..green paste can get you 2-3 more shaves before it...

you REALLY need to skin stretch and your razor looks a bit dull or your angle isnt right..tug n pull=no good

I watched that williams soap review...you should try taking that lather from your brush and put it into a mug or scuttle and larger with that..also get some DR Harris pre shave...makes a BIG difference with coarse beards
