The reason the bible is leavened is explained in the 2 times Messiah fed the multitudes (John 6 & Mark 8), AND the Feast of Weeks ritual (Lev 23:15).
The ritual requires 2 loaves baked WITH leaven [leaven represents falsehood/corruption] and WAVED to God, but not burnt on the altar; not sent up....
