For some reason that gym seems like it's IN SOMEONE'S APARTMENT. There are regular guys dressed in street clothes just walking around. I find that funny. It's like a good sized bedroom turned into a "gym",LOL.

I was not a big fan of Mike at first but his consistent awesome conditioning won me over. There's no reason other pros shouldn't come in just as conditioned. Whatever the other top pros are using doesn't let them get super shredded...either that or they are not willing to sacrifice some size or ...

@azt3c After years of working out I would recommend for you to focus on getting your results by eating real food. Don't get me wrong supplements have their place but if you dedicate yourself to great eating 24/7 you will be astonished at your gains.
