MOST politicians are just power and money hungry bastards.

If you think about it, all of the world's conflict is between different groups of politicians. THEY declare war, make peace, and usually this is purely for their own benefit. Any people that support conflict most likely simply support the government, and they support the government either because they are foced to or just because the government "tells" them that their actions are right or not.
There is a difference between loving a country (it's land, people, etc) and loving a country for its actions. I do not agree with anarchy, but a true democracy is yet to be created upon this world.

Too many questions have been unanswered. Too many event have been left unexplained.
Who controls the world? Do people go about their daily lives, living in a conspiracy, a matrix?


The propaganda and lies that surround us are commonplace in the world around us. Many governments lie in order to gain power, wealth, fame... Many use deceitfulness to trick its citizens into believing an event to be true, and allows them to go about their daily lives, support the society, as well as the government.

If you view this from a certain standpoint, the best propaganda is produced by most successful countries in the world. Hitler's Germany used propaganda to convince its people that all blame has to go to a particular group of people. The Chinese and Russian governments have used propaganda to change the views of their citizens, but unlike common belief, they are not among the few.

The most successful propaganda in works today is among the largest countries of the world. As an example, it is used to change the views of millions of Chinese citizens and makes them become nationalists, patriots..




Yet the most successful propaganda is in effect in the US. The people are told they are free, and the government, mostly, keeps out of an individual's life. The people are told they have the most freedom of all the people in the world. The people are told they are the best and most powerful.
Propaganda.
All of these are lies, and by feeling free, they freely listen to the government for answers.

Of course, then there is the media. The media controls the thoughts and actions of the people. The government, of course, finds ways to twist the media, sending vile lies or half-truths to millions of people.
The war in South Ossetia was told all around America as Russian agression to a neighboring, West-favoring state.
Lies.
Misinterprentation or propaganda at work? WHAT WORLD IS THIS when our own government can not tell us the TRUTH?


So do we simply live in a world of lies for the benefit of others? Is our world just a conspiracy set up by the brilliant minds of ancient and modern philosophers?

I'm afraid the only answer I have is incorrect. After all, the answer I would say has probably already been affected by the government, the society.. the world I live in...

Propaganda.

I also dislike the governments of most of the countries on this planet, as all have some sort of corruption and numerous faults and defects, so no bias for the most part.
