I am a life long practitioner of the martial arts and father to a beautiful little girl. I've been lucky enough to have some amazing martial arts instructors in my life. I learned the majority of my skills from two people, first theres my father Charlie Bond who has practiced shaolin ssu for over 40 years. He also achieved the rank of shodan in okinawa te under R.G. Bowling and went on to study wing chun under sifu Brian Edwards. Second is very good friend of mine named Chu Xiao Yun who taught me his family system and cultivated my first internal studies. I have also studied under a well known gung fu master sifu Hoy K. Lee (usawkf hall of fame member and head of jow ga kung fu association usa) .I have also managed to gain knowledge in a number of other systems including judiko and gracie jujitsu,thai boxing,tae kwon do,kenjitsu,karate,and kempo.
