Josh Spoon is a musician working currently in the electro/hop-hop genre. With hip-hop roots from Queens, NY in the early 80s to spending his teens in Texas playing in marching band and rock bands in the 90s and hanging with UNT music majors in the 00s, Josh has many sides. This is the first iteration, grooves rooted in the hop-hop culture with experimental sounds and rhythms from electronic, jazz and rock.

Josh Spoon just finished up a project, writing an experimental song every week for a year straight, called Lunch Breaks. All this concurrently while working on Beats to the Future, a condensed musical journey through the movie Back to the Future set to beats.
