Dude I have a ps3, and yes it es more expensive. Okay, but after a few years, the xbox will have cost much more because it needs batteries, and xbox live isn't free.
The xbox has better games than the ps3, okay, it has halo 3... but FPS games are all the same.
Ps3 has more variety, like GT5 which is by far, the best car simulator.
Home will seriously pwn the xbox live "home".
And the ps3 has better engines. For 150$ extra, you get something better, which acctualy plays BLUE-RAYS WHO ARE FKN BETTER THAN HD-DVD, thats why Microsoft abandoned the HD-DVD project. Stop talking bs you noob

lol uve used purly internet (from the looks of it wikipedia) information with a low technical understanding to try and compare consoles which you clearly are experienced with only one of, the best comparison is to own and use (not jus once or twice at a frends place) both consoles, the general opinion from EVERYONE ive talked to with both consoles say that although ps3 is good for movies the xbox game library and online infrastructure still makes it easlily a better game console, yes the ps3 online is free..haha try getting sony to host high speed voice and game servers for ya at no cost!!! for live people are paying for a better service and all that are used to it know very well that its worth every cent.

and lets face it when your paying over 600 bucks for either console, how big the power adapter or how many usb ports it has is kinda rediculous to compare, people are paying for a good game device why you think the ps3 more expensive. usb x 6 LOL on a wireless based console...how many mp3 players you need to plug in?? gimmiks like these are meant to suck people in like YOU who fail to see the real reasons people should choose a console.

the xbox 360 motherbord has been revised over 5 times now and the original overheating issues are ancient history in terms of the 7th generation console duration and if your xbox bugs out um, maybe just tell microsoft? they mite (will and have) fix or replace it at no cost. xD
