Josh and Jeanne's vision is to provide individuals with ongoing motivation and guidance. I would like to suggest a video on resistive stretching. I just read a book by Bob Cooley called "The Genius of Flexibility" which goes into very little detail, and I am really wondering about the safety aspects of this type of stretching.
