Anyone who says pulling the stick down during Intelligent Mode will stop the motors is wrong. Quoting from the manual,

meh. the motion tile is not an ideal solution. there must be a way to just reduce the resolution the minimum amount necessary to fill the frame, automatically?

@theoriginalelzincho There are plenty of DSLR's capable of shooting video for less than 1k. Take the Canon t2i, for example (you can get one with a lens for like $700). His analysis also holds for consumer camcorders that approach that price. Did you watch the video?

can the birds hear what they are playing?

if you wanted to make the syringe fill up automatically, how could you achieve that? in other words, i want to be able to leave one of these and let it go for hours and hours, and it may run out of liquid. i'm wondering if there would be an easy way to have it be refilled.

hmm. i wish they would have given us more than 1 second at a time from the camera on the bird's back. the way they edited it, there's not enough time to image what it would be like to be a bird and experience that.
