Normal use huh? The only time it will pop out if you chatter the tires or do burn outs. Thats not normal use lol.

If you do take the tranny apart to weld it in place, make sure you get the spider gear and pin upgrade because it can with stand the toture better.

Its funny, i've only seen rod nocks in saturns with auto's but its ususally because around 100k they start to burn oil and people don't pay attention and run low or out of oil and overheat the bearings.

Sounds like your about to drop a valve.

While they are replacing your head gasket get them rebuild the head too because otherwise you will be looking to replace the whole motor when you drop the valve.
