Josh English

My name is Josh English. I'm an indie songwriter/singer whose influences range from Bob Dylan to Tom Waits to Bright Eyes to The Mountain Goats. I've been called everything from "A little raspy and wrecked Leonard Cohen" to a guy who writes "beatnik showtunes." Although my favorite review of my music came from the blog Straight No Chaser which said "If he would write these lyrics for someone with a smoother voice, it would be golden. But for Josh English, its just tin." I almost called my new album "Just Tin" after that review.
