General Practice MD over 20 years, I've been seeing growing numbers of patients which have what appears to be an underlying Epstein Barr encephalitis, neuritis, myositis with an immunodepression (resulting in the need to recover from the muscle, brain, nerve swelling and the decreased immunologic response to predominantley normal bacteria in the blood, you can't trust the lab exams, this requires a clinical diagnosis).
