Maybe add more gasoline to the fire to speed up the loss of the vehicle and then take a sledge to the front of the pumper to complete the night. Chocking wheels, using foam, placement of first on engine are basic tactics of firefighting. Seems to me they were drunk or sleep walking.

looked like a pretty simple go in a knock down to me. vent the garage and do a search in the rest of the building.plenty of egresses and lots of time. tunnel vision and lame command.

Why was the ladder set up to the second floor window? Seems to me that the second floor was gone. Do a quick search of first floor than hammer the top floor with a master stream.

You can hear the compressed gas tank venting on arrival. Maybe could have sat back with master stream for protection. Just a thought. Exposures would be secondary. Arriving a minute sooner could have meant serious injury to fire fighters.

Wow, the only one in a BA is the lone guy at the master stream. Why is command running around with the nozzle? Sketchy fire to not be wearing proper PPE.

why would you enter a fully involved fire? Looks like defensive should be the strategy from the start.
