This still sounds as good as the first time i heard it at Contempo record shop in Hanway Street in London's West End 36 years ago whilst chatting to John Abbey Blues and Souls mag and the shops govnor and ayotollah all those years ago. It's still just got everything from that era its perfect!!

What a so special mid tempo steppin shuffler song this is and was at a time when soul music was at a bit of a transitional crossroads, and still sounds perfect to this day.

this is a 5 star philly evergreen classic! i was the DJ at the watersplash at London Conley Hertfordshire in 1975 where it was massive. I also had the privilage of standing on the stage at The Gold Mine on Canvey Island Essex along side Mr Chris Hill the Aytollah of soul in the south east to sing...

MFSB were behind so much at Philly Int with Gable and Huff, this was a massive dance floor filler in the south east and in spain at that time in the 70's and still outstanding to this day.

a simple pick up song, and sing a long thats perfection from an era that big label money counts, how injustice has run for years, a pure class mid tempo song must last for ever and deserves to

have you all been doing hard time or freeze dried? this is an absolute pure class classic WAKE UP!
