the whole system is fucked....yeah maybe he was guilty but there was enough doubt that you can't just say ehhh close enough and kill someone, fuck that. But, in a word where non violent drug offenders get 3 or 4 times as much as rapists and in some cases killers, its sadly not a surprise.
