It looks like you're dropping yourself onto the bench during the bench pull to build momentum for lifting the bar. Try keeping your whole body stationary on the benchand just lifting with the lats. (Just an observation, not 100% sure if correct)

I think the only people who could comment that this looks terrible are those who have never tried shwarma...it's fucking delicious. And I don't give a crap whether it's Arab or Jewish, time to sort your bloody differences out and live together, it's clearly not gonna work any other way...

@kezzy234 Doesn't that just artificially change the drag factor? I mean, if you put a tshirt over the whole flywheel you won't be able to sustain fast splits (although I am aware of those "0:49 world record split blah" videos). Am I wrong?
