  @no3ggs4u This is not a stupid question; it’s a common one. You cannot install skins on Lockjaw, you have to make/edit them. To do this open up the ljblocks.bmp and ljbg.jpg in a paint program (such as MS Paint) than edit away until you’re hearts content.
