Loved it! Thanks so much for this one. I grew up listening to Rolf's Sun Arise album and haven't heard this one in years. Great talent and not afraid to do something plain silly. Since the album went through everything from Sun Arise, Johnny Day & Carra Barra Wirra Canna to Big Black Hat & Someo...

Great stuff! I was lucky enough to see and more importantly hear the 412T2 at Silverstone that year. You could hear it from the other side of the circuit and it sounded like nothing else. Wonderful!
Hmm, the '95 Ferrari was a bit of alright wasn't it? It wasn't just Schumi's arrival which brought...

F1 (Formula 1) Gerhard Berger sliding his Ferrari at Monaco 1995
Watch Gerhard slide his Ferrari around Monaco in 1995. In my own opinion this is one of my favourite F1 Ferrari cars. Lovely to look at and also to...

As John Watson said - glorious! Fabulous car, great driver and final qualifying at Monaco - always the best part of the weekend. Props to Eurosport too. They covered qually long before BBC or ITV did. Great commentary team too with Wattie alongside Ben Edwards. Times have changed though. David Co...

@MeMeMeMeMeMeMeMeAndU The truth is they didn't. He had a full fuel load. The car and particularly the Pirelli tyres suited Brands very well and his race performance was a genuine one.
If Derek had stayed at Toleman for 1984 and been paired with Ayrton Senna, that would have been a very interesti...

What about Gilles Villeneuve at Jarama in 1981? He went from 7th on the grid to 3rd with 2 wheels on the dirt BEFORE the first corner! After Alan Jones spun off in the lead Gilles then led over 60 laps in a car with probably half the downforce of those behind him. Classic stuff.

The Day Everyone ran out of Fuel - 1985 San Marino Grand Prix
Just a few laps to go but drivers are running out of fuel left, right, and center. Murray's reaction at the end is priceless. To add to it, the win...

@wks1978 In 1985 cars were limited to 220 litres of fuel for each race and Imola was probably the hardest race on fuel consumption. It was a crazy time and bad for F1's image to see so many cars running out of fuel but it wasn't the teams' fault. Their fuel gauges were not too accurate so, as alw...
Chilling. I was a huge fan of both Ayrton and Ol' Ironhead. Typical of the man to remember Ayrton after yet another superspeedway victory. I visited Daytona in the Summer of 2001 and came away in awe with an even greater respect for NASCAR drivers.
Dale & Ayrton - two total racers. Thanks so muc...
