About The Jonestown Band
The Jonestown Band is a blues band founded by Trinidad & Tobago singer/songwriter Malo Byron Jones in 2010.
Their debut album 'The Last Days of Jonestown' is due to be released in February 2012. It is a concept album that draws from literary, cinematic and religious sources.
The Jonestown Band is more than just a traditional blues act. Malo is a classic singer/songwriter with a gift for characterization and storytelling. His songs contain elements of folk, Americana, country, classic rock, and soul.
The first single and music video is 'The Ballad of William Brown'.
