Jonathan Ware has over a decade of legal experience in a wide variety of fields, including business law, corporate law, contract law and international law. Jonathan began his legal career at Smith, Gambrell and Russell, LLP, one of Georgia's oldest and most prestigious firms, where he was a member of the firm's international section and technology practice group. In 2000, Jonathan was recruited to join the in-house legal department at Delta Air Lines, Inc., where he managed the carrier's legal matters in over 25 countries and assisted with the airline's reorganization through the bankruptcy process. In 2005, Jonathan established his own firm, providing high-quality legal consulting and general counsel services. Jonathan is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia. Jonathan has 3 degrees from The University of Georgia: A.B., cum laude, in German (1992); M.A. in German Linguistics (1994); J.D., cum laude (1997).
