Thank you so much for the Christmas wishes-yes a lovely one but quiet,just hope you had a lovely Christmas.
my sprint race is on Saturday & Sunday -however on my very last sprint trial on Christmas Eve,i did myself a mischief in my right hamstring.
I have to wait and see a couple of more days if i can compete ( oh dear ) i was sprinting very well,
If i can"t i will have to look forward to April when i compete at The world Masters Athletic Championships in Jyvaskyla,Finland.
So my training in all weathers won"t go to waste :)
I want to wish you a very happy New Year and a healthy 2012.

I guess this comment is directed to Jonalicia. I just wanted you to know your video of You Will Never BE Forgotten is BEAUTIFUL and so perfect! We used it at my daughters funeral and I just shared it with a friend who lost her daughter! I make music but there has and never will be words or a video as perfect as that one is! Thank you for sharing something so beautiful that is so fitting for so many people!
