In their nearly ten years of existence Joker's Child's nasty reputation as one of Canada's most dangerous and controversial rock bands has truly been earned.With a middle finger in the air, their destructive and explosive high energy live shows also earned the band a large following of devoted rock fans dubbed "The Children" Joker's Child have toured plentifully in Canada and the U.S. They've partied with The Trews,hung with rock legend Kim Mitchell ,slammed beers with multi platinum rockers Firehouse,rocked the roof off with Famous Underground (featuring Juno Award Winning Vocalist Nick Walsh formerly of Slik Toxik) and in a somewhat unlikely pairing even layed it down onstage with Canadian Idol Ryan Malcolm.

You've heard them on the radio, seen them on television and in film ,the latest being the 2009 independent feature "Shadow Nation". They've been praised by many including Ty Taylor from the CBS show Rockstar :Inxs and Julie Kryk who made headlines a few years ago performing with U2.Perhaps one of Joker's Child biggest accomplishments thus far has been to make fans out of some of their own heroes including Rob Affuso (Skid Row), Blackie Lawless (WASP),Stevie Rachelle (Tuff) and Reb Beach who's handled guitar duties for Winger,Alice Cooper,Whitesnake and Dokken.

Joker's Child was founded by Lead Vocalist/ Guitarist Kasey Ferguson who's sandpapery rasp has been favorably compared to the likes of Axl Rose,Jon Bon Jovi and Austin Winkler of Hinder .Kasey's thundering guitar riffs and fiery solos mix with searing guitar and vocal harmonies.Add that to swaggering bass work and a crushing backbeat to create a sound that will give fans of bands like Guns N Roses,Motley Crue and AC/DC something to cheer about. The band is currently in pre-production for their long awaited album tentatively titled "Reckless Road" which has peaked the interest of record labels across North America. From the bad attitude riff rock of "Dirty Little Angel" to the anthemic "Burn Baby Burn" and "Joker's Anthem" it is clear that Canada has a badass hard rock band that is going to take on the world someday.

That band is Joker's Child.
