I fanatical about BB. I like,love,live,respect,think and speak BB.
I've been doing it for 7 years without any use of steroids and supplement. I love eating natural things. Despite I don't use supplements, I put on 14 kg( 64 to 78) in the recent two years. I used to lift heavy weights which make other people feel that I use supplements or else, but, I believe it's my natural power, willingness, enthusiasm and the motivation I get from the professional BBs which help me lift heavy weights. I love to perform different exercises but wisely. Alot of people I've met in my life think that steroids make champions, however, I believe every BB uses steroids and all the other nutritional stuffs like rests, but it's the kind of exercises that champions do at the right time, even a single different exercise entails a huge difference and takes a person to the pinnacle.
