I agree with a number of comments that you did NOT rev to 10K RPM. I, too, could go into detail explaining the failure of your argument, but everyone has done that for me.

Now, could that have been 7K RPM? Sure. But there is HUGE difference in getting ANY motor to spin at 7K RPM vs 10K RPM.
