Fouls 1,2,3 and 6 in my opinion as a high school basketball ref myself are no way flagrant fouls. Foul # 4 I would say is more an intentional foul rather than a flagrant foul and # 5 no question is a flagrant foul.

You can tell that the official disagrees with the call from the get go because first he did one of those looks with his hands that he didn't understand the call, then he took a few steps back with his hand over his head wiping his eyes and finally the arms crossed
