I was introduced to autocross racing in 2006 through the novice school put on by the local WWSCC. Before then my only experience with performance driving was the countless hours I spent playing Gran Turismo 3 & 4. My core friends and I would challenge each other to hundreds of time attack laps every Thursday night, in search of that one unbeatable lap. Eventually we began to wonder, why aren't we out there doing this in real cars? What was stopping us? As it turns out nothing really was. So we enrolled in the SCCA Novice School.
