My name is John Fratti. I was a healthy and athletic person who became seriously injured from an antibiotic called Levaquin. Johnson and Johnson has known for a long time that Levaquin is associated with severe and long term health injuries. A Freedom of Information Report from the FDA states that there have been 14,796 Individual Safety Reports filed for this drug and 1,015 death outcomes listed for Levaquin from 11/1997 to 01/2010. I gave a speech to CEO William Weldon and the Board Directors about Levaquin. I asked for further safety warnings and for medical research to help people disabled from this drug regain their health. Johnson and Johnson did neither. Company executives should be held personally accountable. I had my health ruined because of the greed of the Johnson and Johnson Board Directors to line their own pockets and those of their shareholders. I now have to take several strong prescription pain medications because of the chronic injuries from Levaquin toxicity. A lot of hard working people have had severe and long term health problems because of Levaquin. Patients and family members have been devastated physically, emotionally, and financially due to Johnson and Johnson putting profits before people.

Why have the Board Directors at Johnson and Johnson abandoned their own Corporate Credo of having Patients come first? The Johnson and Johnson Credo is their moral compass. I feel that Johnson and Johnson should have an ethical responsibility to be an honest corporate citizen. Patients become injured from their products and they have no interest in helping them regain their health. Where has the leadership at Johnson and Johnson gone? This channel contains some videos on Levaquin toxicity and a few videos on the lack of proper safety protocols at Johnson and Johnson.
