I found out that it streches out only when I uncheck maintain aspect ratio, but if I didn't uncheck it would be all black around.

Well hopefully this looks good otherwise I give up. I will delete all of these quality test vids tomorrow so please comment your opinion.

I hope this works it will look a lot better. I'm trying mp4 instead of wmv. If this works I owe all of my thanks to MaxSens.
