@Noacuervo No I was born in the right generation because I get to listen to this older great stuff and the great stuff from the 80s, 90s and the new stuff that out there... If i was born before I would be missing out.

@444grapes yup, like darkounet said she definately has a hispanic accent like when she speaks english, but she is of algerian descent which is a former french colony and where french is still a major language, she's spot on.

Here's a trick from a local montrealer, if your fries aren't hot enough to melt the cheese covering it like that will make the fries soggy. Instead of that, my mother used to put the cheese on the fries and put it on broil in the over for about two minutes, the add the sauce and serve immediately...

You don't use cheddar or boccochinni, you use cheese curds, they're like squeeky, salty gouda also called "crottes de fromage" in Quebec, and bbq type gravy like from gatuzo or st-hubert.

And voila, real poutine.
