I have been learning and practicing karate since 1977. I am dedicated to traditional okinawan karate (the physical practice of unarmed self-defense, kobudo, tuite, and the study of the history and philosophy). I have participated in a lot of tournament karate, but have maintained my traditional roots. I have black belts in Shorin Ryu (Matsumura Seito), Shotokan and Seidokan.
