are the clips on the battery necessary to keep on? I tried getting them off with a screwdriver and couldn't, and eventually ended up breaking the clips in order to get the battery out. I taped a new battery in, but the game still wouldn't keep any saves afterwards.

@zepherfox Maybe you shouldn't criticize someone's grammar when you're using "grammar" as a verb. Also, it's pretty stupid to disregard what someone's actually saying just because of some trivial grammatical errors.

@Samuli385 I think the version you're using is 1.8.6/2.09, which uses "kickstart" to install addons and such. I'm not sure how kickstart works, and it's a pretty old version too I think. If you download one of the later versions like 1.9.0-beta 6.9 on the dengine site, those steps I mentioned s...
