Hey read your comment on submissions 101 i train BJJ and to keep from getting put in a kimora and what not the idea is to hold TIGHT to preferrably your gi or his belt/gi and if he tries to muscle you, you want to keep your arms in like you are praying, literally praying with your hands. good luck.
