@ilscozzese yes you can.....a bicycle is classed as a vehicle and has to adhere to the same laws as a car.....the courts can give you points, fines and even disqualify you for cycling offences.

@monkeysnutscom you don't need a license to be given points. when teenagers with no driving license steal cars or drive them they are given points. the points are added to your provisional/full license as soon as you are issued one.

@TheDonnieChannel the council own land but allow members of the public to use their land. the council can enforce rules on photography. The police have jurisdiction over this land also. there are still rules in law to photography. i was just advising people to be careful and check.

there may also be byelaws in your area that you may not be aware of regarding filming and photography. it is best to check them out before doing it to save you the trouble. The local council often own land which is considered a public place. they can enforce no photography rules so please check a...

Footage I shot of a cab fire on my way to work. Luckily nobody was inside.
jst read about Engine 158 .....the cops were being attacked by a mob of about 40 people trying to beat up a girl because she wouldn't fight at school. The firehouse is just down the road and the firefighters just brought the truck and sprayed the rioters legs with the deck gun knocking them over....
